How we use it.
We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes, and run any job that follows. We keep the records we are required to keep, for example for tax, insurance and guarantees.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Where it is stored and who sees it.
If you use an enquiry form on this site, your message is stored securely by the platform that runs the website and passed to us. Our hosting and email providers process data on our instructions to deliver those services. Nobody else sees your details unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it.
We keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. If it turns into a job, we keep the job records for as long as tax, insurance and guarantee rules require.
